The Townsend Smith Hospice for Milton

Many towns have a hospice for people who have been designated as palliative, but Milton does not, so families have to go out of Town to get the all the support a hospice offers.
Kate will be speaking on Townsend Smith Foundation’s goal of developing a 10-bed hospice for families to share the end of life journey with a loved one. The goal is to raise $10 Million dollars and to have the facility open in the next 3 years.
